Standing on 2 feet?  A flexi-stander can bring a child at the level of their peers for $800.

What differentiates Silver Creek from other pre-schools is our specialized services delivered right in the pre-school classroom.   Our therapeutic team consists of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Music Therapy, Speech Pathology, as well as OTA/PTAssistant, and Communicative Disorder Assistant.  (all part time). The cost of maintaining these services is crucial and expensive: over $120,000.   These professionals are responsible for every new step a child takes, a word spoken, or sign language used; for eating independently to joyfully ringing a bell in music class, increasing self-esteem and expression. 

To support the children in their physical and self help development a plethora of specialized equipment is used: standers, walkers, thera-togs, kinesio-tape, supportive seating systems, wheelchairs, specialized feeding equipment, therapy balls, gym equipment, adapted bikes, parallel bars, voice output devices, adapted computers, and musical instruments.
